My goal at the start of this program was to lose roughly 1 lb/week, and I’m really happy that I accomplished that a few weeks ago. And while I initially thought 15lbs might be enough for me, I realized I still want to keep losing a bit more weight until I get to something that feels comfortable for me. I’m super happy about losing inches almost everywhere else!

 

In the past if I ate like I would have before this program I would never lose anything regardless of slaving away in the gym doing cardio, and I would always naively assume that the cardio offset the extra food I was eating. 

 

When I look at the before and after pictures, I see some minor changes, but I want to see a lot more, so I’m excited to continue on with the Alumni group, and get more ideas and knowledge as I go on. I love this group, and watching everyone’s progress has been really inspiring and motivating, especially during rough weeks where you're mentally drained!

 

The support from all the ladies here and Gil, has been instrumental in making this change in my lifestyle and I really feel like I do have the tools in place to stay on track with my weight as I continue on in this journey.
