It truly is bittersweet that the program is over...I've never felt that way about a program!

I'm normally so happy it's finished so that I can indulge in all those things I wasn't allowed to eat so I end up stuffing myself silly....that now seems so ridiculous and so backwards!!!

I've really enjoyed reading everyone's logs, drooling over delicious food pics and the encouragement that we've given each other as a group. I'm amazed and inspired by all the transformations! Awesome work ladies!

I have been this weight before on previous gym challenges but I did so at a cost of extremely restrictive eating which was not sustainable even in the short term. This ultimately led to binge eating, gaining back all previously lost weight, and more importantly, feelings of frustration and hopelessness.

For me personally, I have never had a more enjoyable transformation process ever.

No need to kill myself and spend hours in the gym.

No need to give up the foods I love on weekdays (carbs, desserts, and other so called “evil” foods), nor the social outings on the weekend.

No crazy low cal veggie fruit detox the first week.

No list of allowed and forbidden foods.

No set menus or recipes.

Replace all that with an individualized, slow and steady, consistent plan that allows everyone to enjoy the foods that they love. I found a healthy and sustainable way to enjoy healthy food and indulge!

I love that there is an alumni group....there's a plan after we finish the program for us to continue to succeed. This support group where we continue to do what we've been doing is key, I think for me, to keep up the progress.

Thank you Gil for opening my eyes to a sustainable and realistic way to live life while enjoying food!  All in all, a very rewarding, satisfying and delicious journey!
