Description

The goal of the Summit program is to build strength and to shred for aesthetic purposes.

This is only for those who can dedicate 3 hours a week and can be diligent with their nutrition tracking and will take the time to prioritize rest.

Who Can Join?

Genesis/Elevation graduates or advanced athletes who have been approved by a Mighty Transformation Coach.

 

Must be comfortable and experienced with strength training fundamentals such as squats, overhead press, bench press, rows.

Who Is This Not For?

People who cannot commit to exercise demands (3 hours a week)

 

Inexperienced in strength and barbell weight training.

 

Inexperienced in nutrition fundamentals.

Requirements

Mandatory online check in everyday.

 

Comfortable with phone applications.

 

Proficient in heavy lifting with free weights.

 

Track workouts, meals, recovery, water consumption.

 

Progress Report Every Friday.
