As you keep me hearing me say, eat your veggies! Because they cover all that and more.
Now I know veggies can be boring. Believe me I would cringe at veggies in the past. I hated them. But when I started my own transformation and realized I needed to be in a consistent calorie deficit, veggies were the easiest hack because you can eat them in such HIGH volume for negligible calories.
