I was motivated to join when I saw a good friend of mine Myra post a picture of herself. I made a comment on how great she looked and she told me all about Gil and Mighty Transformation.

I’ve struggled with my weight I think for a big part of my life. I just love food 😜. Who doesn’t? I gained the most weight during the pandemic especially working from home and having easy access to the fridge. But weight gain came with ailments and I knew I needed to do something so I can be healthy once again. It was a long shot but I wanted to give myself a shot.

I liked Gil’s approach as it wasn’t really a diet. It’s an investment to your future and your health. Great thing is I can still eat the food I like without restriction and no strenuous exercise needed. Just walking even at that.

The picture on the left was taken in October 2022 and the picture on the right was 2 weeks again. I haven’t reached my goal weight but during this program I did lose 17lbs and I must say it’s a start. I can now go up and down the stairs without running out of breath the way I used to. Although I didn’t reach my weight goal yet, my clothes fit better, and I’m able to wear these jeans that was tight on me last year. The non scale victory is just as rewarding. I saw my family doctor last week and she commented on the weight loss. Hearing compliments make me want to push myself more to reach my goal. If I can do it, anybody can trust me.

This program will be good for you if you feel like nothing is working. If you’re stuck in a rut. If you want to lose weight through proper nutrition. I found it hard at first but once you get into it, it’s honestly second nature.

Gil I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you’ve taught me and the group. You’re right in saying it’s not all about the number on the scale, it’s how this whole journey has made me believe I have hope and I can do it.
