Wow I can’t believe this day has arrived.

I can remember like it was yesterday, my anxieties running high wondering if I would be able to achieve any kind of transformation in 12 weeks. What I felt was the impossible was proven that it is possible. 💪

 

Gil, you have exceeded my expectations with this program - only with my commitment and an open mind; the tools, knowledge and weekly challenges you had given us made losing weight and the inches manageable + easy to fit my lifestyle and the foods I love to eat. Most importantly, you guided and supported me as I came face-to-face with my reality - to help me better understand my body and the food I love to eat but truly, to be accountable.

 

I am one who struggle with working out (not really my cup of tea) - with your guidance, I was able to lose the pounds smarter not harder. It definitely made life more enjoyable. I have gained confidence in myself and only look forward to continue to trust the process. 💫

I can proudly say that I am guilt-free fearless eater. Accountability was my main reason to “why I joined the program” - this program made it so easy to stay accountable and consistent once I practiced it everyday. It helped me make time for myself even if it was late at night. It’s easy to make excuses but like you said, we are the captain of our ship - we can either continue to understand and implement the tools and knowledge to sail slow and steady towards progress or choose to be in stillness.

 

Nothing is ever easy to do when it’s something new at first but as the half week mark flew by, it became easier as I developed my formula. Yes, we did the work but without you Gil, I wouldn’t have been able to surpass my goals in 12 weeks. ONLY 12 FREAKIN’ WEEKS versus 30+ years of weight struggles!!! I still can’t believe this transformation!! 😱🤯🙌🙏
