This program has been an absolute game-changer for me. To me, this program created a book-end that now separates my "Pre-MT Period" from the next phase -- thinking about food and health differently.

For probably most of my adult life, I have been focusing on other things and ignoring diet, and paying for it. Consistent weight gain through my second degree led to serious yo-yoing for several years at the beginning of my professional life. Being unhappy with whatever state my body was in became the normal instead of just a period I could dismiss as being temporary. I really did not have any idea what I was doing with diet and exercise, and was frustrated as I didn't know where to start.

The Mighty Transformation program was the perfect approach for me. I reject plans if I cannot see the clear "why" -- dogma instead of demonstrable evidence. This program starts with having to accept base truths (mistakes we all make, science), builds a platform of find your tools to harness and use those truths, and lets you come to healthier conclusions on your own by experimenting and seeing the results. In other words, the approach let me think it was all "my idea" (the only way to get a stubborn man to do anything!).

There was a lot coming at us in the beginning with intro posts which was hard to keep up with. In hindsight, that was required to really get into it though.

My results have blown past my expectations. Physically, I feel fantastic, best shape of my adult life. Flew about 8 lbs past my goal weight, and on a trajectory to continue racking up wins. Mentally, I am confident that I have a better idea of how to eat and control my weight independent of exercise.

The biggest surprise for me is how much I got into this. I'm not typically a big sharer, and don't usually get into things enthusiastically. But this online approach just clicked (HA!). Gil did a great job creating a safe space and I treated each post like a diary. His enthusiasm is really contagious and I really got into it.
