I just wanted to give a snip bit of what brought me here.

 

I’ve always been a physically active guy. Playing all sorts of sports and constantly at the gym…which probably hid my terrible eating habits. Now with being a new dad and increased workload, both of these changes made it extremely difficult for me to burn off calories and get adequate sleep. I gained a bit of weight so, I decided to do something about it.

 

Now, I’ve always known about macro nutrients and I’ve talked to Gil about it in the past. I’ve seen the testimonials on Facebook and I’ve seen the results on Gil, Michelle and MT family. I reached out to Gil and I started my MT on winter of 2018.

 

I am beyond grateful for everything that Gil has taught me. I’ve learned a lot this past few months; from Calorie breakdown, taking accountability to the best time to have a beer (answer: all the time). Gil has always been there every step of the way. You’ve built a great community here, Gil. Everyone is extremely supportive and I’m glad to have met the MT crew and know that I’ve gone through this change with them.

 

Although the goal for most of us is the same, this program really allows you to choose the path that best suits your lifestyle. Would I recommend this program? Absolutely! And not just to anyone who’s looking to lose weight or lean out. This was a lifestyle change for me. I needed to be accountable for the food I consume – I didn’t need to diet, I needed to stop over-eating.
